4-H Youth Development Program: Million Trees Project

Donate to 4-H Million Trees

Your tax deductible contribution to this project will make a big difference both for the youth supporting this project, and for the planet. Consider your contribution to be an offset to the carbon you personally add to the atmosphere in your daily life, which adds directly to the global warming problem. The 4-H Million Trees Project is under the San Mateo County 4-H Council, a tax exempt public charity under the U.S. tax code, and therefore your contributions may be tax deductible for U.S. taxes. Check with your tax advisor.

>>  BEST WAY TO DONATE:  You can donate directly to the 4-H Million Trees Project by giving through the California 4-H Foundation.  Go to ca4hfoundation.org

Simply indicate that you wish your gift to go to San Mateo County and the 4-H Million Trees Project and 100% of your gift will go towards giving kids the life skills they need for their futures as they help slow global climate change.

>> ANOTHER GREAT WAY TO CONTRIBUTE: Please send your generous check, payable to the San Mateo County 4-H Council to:

There are other ways to contribute, including purchasing trees and/or planting materials for your local 4-H club or unit. Please check your state/province or county 4-H website for links to clubs and units in your area.
